Welcome to HALO Forensic Behavioural Specialists. This is the website of Dr. Matt Logan, an internationally known Forensic Psychologist who is also a retired Royal Canadian Mounted Police Officer. Dr. Logan, along with Dr. Robert Hare & Dr. Mary Ellen O’Toole collaborate in seminars and workshops on psychopathy and the applications to Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice. Dr. Logan took a few years out of his policing career and went to prison as an Institutional Psychologist where he learned more about the mind of the Psychopath and Sexual Predator. He then came back to the RCMP and co-founded the Behavioural Science Group in Major Crimes Section in Vancouver, BC. He is a dynamic, engaging conference speaker and seasoned Expert Witness.
